A phone or video call about your specific property, not a generic form fill. No calendar booking tool yet — call or send your details, and we schedule a time directly with you.

A consultation is a 15 to 20 minute phone or video conversation about your property specifically: its rough size and layout, whether a secondary suite or a carriage home looks more realistic at a glance, a ballpark cost range, and what your goal is — rental income, space for family, or long-term value. It is a conversation, not a sales pitch, and it is free either way.
We will also flag anything that could be a problem early — a lot that looks too narrow, a basement that may be under the 1.95 m ceiling height needed for a legal suite, or a municipality with different zoning than Kelowna’s. If your property clearly will not support either option, we say so on the call rather than stringing out the process.
We do not yet have an online scheduling calendar, so booking is direct: call +1 (236) 499-4689 and we will find a time on the spot, or send your name, phone number or email, and property address through the form below and ask for a callback. We reply within one business day to arrange a specific time that works for you.
If it looks worth pursuing, the next step is the same free feasibility study we recommend to everyone: a written breakdown of zoning, a buildable footprint, a cost range, and an expected rent for your specific address, delivered within one business day of your request. The consultation call is simply a faster way to get oriented first if you would rather talk something through before submitting an address in writing. Either starting point leads to the same place.
Name plus an email or phone number is enough. Mention you would like a consultation call and a good time to reach you.
Costs, timelines, rents, and incentive amounts on this page are estimates from the sources cited, current as of September 2026. Each is confirmed in writing in your free feasibility study. Licensed and insured; documentation available on request.
