    What we do with your address

    We check your parcel against the City of Kelowna’s RU zoning bylaw, current setbacks, and servicing (water, sewer, power) to see what is actually buildable behind your house. That becomes a written feasibility study: a footprint, a construction cost range, and an expected monthly rent, sent to you within one business day.

    There is no cost and no obligation to proceed. If a carriage home will not fit your lot, we will say so and point you toward a secondary suite instead, or tell you plainly if neither works for your property.
