To answer your enquiry, prepare a feasibility study, and follow up about a possible project. We do not use it for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell it.
Only service providers who help us operate: our form, email, and hosting providers, and, if your project proceeds, the designers, engineers, and City departments involved in your permit. Each is bound to protect your information.
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand page traffic. These tools set cookies and record de-identified usage data. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to the site.
Enquiry records are kept for two years, then deleted. Project records are kept as long as required for warranty and tax purposes.
Under BC’s Personal Information Protection Act and Canada’s PIPEDA, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Send the request through the contact form on this site and we will respond within 30 days.
